Lil' Mitcham's Indoor Gem Mine
Come and enjoy our completely indoor flume with guidance from our mine dwellers "Miner Jim and Festus the Donkey", Many different types of Gem and Fossil bags can be chosen from to enjoy this adventure.
Assorted Bags can be purchased in farm market, Comes with a collection bag and identification card.
Train Rides Around The Farm
Our Trackless Train offers Rides for all around the farm every weekend during the fall. Out of season rides can be scheduled by appointment for groups of 10 or more.
Cost is $4.00 Per Person under 2 is free
Annual Corn Maze
Our Annual Corn Maze Runs From September to the First of November. We use incorporate a game in the corn maze that highlights interesting facts and trivial knowledge that relates to the North Georgia Mountains and Rabun County.
The 2026 Corn Maze is a Throwback on the Ole' Tallulah Falls Rail
Cost is $8.00 Per person... and includes a choice of a kiddie ice cream or small slushy
Playground, Giant Sand box and Pavilion
Come enjoy our Playground and sandbox. Designed for Kids 10 and under. Playground is open daily with the market. Pavilion can be reserved for private parties.
Playground is open to the pubic during market hours.
Grandpa's Barnyard
Enjoy a tractor ride or a leisurely walk to our barnyard. During the year you can see many different animals on display. There are Chickens of all kinds, Peacocks, Goats, pigs, Ducks, Rabbits, Our cow Lady and Our Donkey June Bug.
Goat feed Can be purchased at the store for $.50 a bag or there are quarter machines at the barn if you need a little more.
Hayrides to the Barnyard
The Hayride Runs to the barn to visit the animals every weekend during the fall. it is a 40 minute trip with about 20 minutes visit with all of our barnyard friends. Out of Season Rides can be scheduled by appointment for groups of 10 or more.
Cost is $3.00 per person under 2 free
Goat feed is $.50 a bag in the market or on the tractor.
Farm Events & Festivals
Annual Events at the Farm are as Follows
Easter Egg Hunt: Saturday before Easter
Hunt is open free for ages 0-10. Hut is at 2 pm, Activities at the farm start at 10 am with the bunny and more.
Scout Day at the Farm
Scout day is the 2nd Saturday of October.. Show off your Scout pride and get a discount on activities at the farm
Fall Farm Day
Fall Farm Day is the last Saturday of October or the First Saturday of November. (The fifth Saturday of the Month) Enjoy Music, Activities and Special Sales in the Farm Market. Check Facebook or Instagram for more information.
